Day 7: a show or a movie that has changed you, and how

I can’t think right now of any movie or show that has changed me in an especific way. I watch lots of shows and movies and most of them leave me something, a message or hope or whatever that I try to remember and that helps me somehow. Maybe the show that has help me more is One Tree Hill ‘cause it’s about things that teenagers could live, real things although of course it has it’s idealistic thing as it’s a show but it has plenty of useful messages and things to consider.

Day 6: something you would like to change about yourself

There plenty of things I want to change about myself and I’m trying to do it. First is stop being so lazy and start doing more things, including studying and going to the gym. I want also to stop living os much in my head and back to the real life more so I can stop being like a huracan that breaks almost everything it touchs. I want to be more honest with myself and the people around me. I’m also want to change that I keep getting sad and stressed about things of the past or that I cannot change and stop worrying so much about men.

Wore a dress to school and out to eat. The purpose was to get people talking about it. The amount of times I had to hear adults telling the middle schools that it was okay for a man to wear a dress was inspiring. One teacher made me take it off but other teachers fought for me to put it back on. I would like to think that at least one child went home that day with a new outlook on the idea. At the very least, I have introduced a couple hundred kids to an idea they have not experienced in the real world. One step at a time. Moreover, it was a learning experience me as well. My friend in picture (on the left), his sister (taking the picture), and I went out to dinner and then bowling after in my dress. Everyone stared and laughed and made jokes. When bowling, the man in the lane next to us, in the middle if his game, went up and asked to change lanes because he could not bowl next to me. It was a look into another lifestyle. A chance to feel what they feel every day. You know what? I rather enjoyed wearing a dress. There is no reason anyone should face such resistance to wear what they want for whatever the reason. Please, spread love and not hate.

I just noticed how many notes this post has gotten and it is the most I’ve ever received on a post of my own. I am very happy to see it.

I am saddened this only has so many notes. Help pass this along.

One of the best feelings is knowing that you’re wanted. Knowing that someone wants to talk to you, wants to know how you’re doing, or wants to see you. Whether they pick up the phone to send you a quick text or stop by your house to catch up, someone or something reminded them of you specifically. It just feels really nice to know that you’ve been on someone’s mind and that they care enough to let you know that.

Day 5: something you would change about the world

If I could I would change millions of things about the world but I can summary it up by saying I would change people’s mind. I would make them realize that war is the most stupid thing in the world, that no group no mattering if it’s ethnical, religious or whatever should be segregated/discrimanted or killed. I would make people realize - especially teenagers- that what you say to other person it affects them so you must be careful because bullying it’s a very important issue that can really harm people. There won’t be people who starved because people would really care about tha kind of stuff and would do something about it. We’ll start taking care of the environment and of our world because it’s the only one we have.

Day 4: how you think your life would change if you achieved your dream

Well, I have so many dreams that any of them would change my life in a different way but I can say that I would be much more happier, and it would be a lasting happiness, an almost complete one because achiving one of my dreams it’s not an easy thing.
